Dry aged whole roasted beef tenderloin with white wine creamed Swiss chard accompanied by rosemary roasted fingerling potatoes & broccolini
Seared Striped Bass
Fresh thyme & lemon marinated striped bass finished with a oyster mushroom burre blanc accompanied by pine nut & lemon quinoa
Wild Mushroom & Ricotta Gnocchi
Shitake, crimini & portabella mushrooms sautéed with a white wine pesto reduction served over house made ricotta cheese gnocchi topped with lemon braised broccoli rabe
